The Alyth Show June 09

Marion spent a very pleasant day, selling books and chatting to locals and visitors about Eight of Cups. Her local MP and a number of fellow authors stopped for a blether, as well as a member of The Alyth Book Group. Marion was delighted to learn that Eight of Cups was to be Alyth Book Group's Book of the Month for July 09.

Marion manned the 'Meet the Author' stand, the coldest spot in Meigle Kinloch Memorial Hall one wintry Saturday morning in November! Here she is, meeting up with her former Health Visitor from many moons ago, just one of several old friends and locals who renewed their acquaintance. Marion's son Neil, whose company ResoluteIT provides computer support to Mirren Jones, kept her topped up with hot cups of tea.
