Thanks to Fife Libraries for organising this "Meet the Author" event. It was a miserable evening outside, but inside this delightful venue Mirren Jones entertained the audience with readings from 'Eight of Cups' and an insight into the practicalities of writing together. Comments from the dreaded evaluation forms included:

A new feature for our events - audience participation! Katherine Bailey from Maine, reading the part of Eleanor - one of Carys's PhD students at 'Walton' University. Elaine reading the part of Carys. So the audience were treated to authentic accents for the whole of this chapter!
